MARRIAGE

PURPOSE OF MARRIAGE:

Purpose of marriage is to built a civilized society.

For any society this is the primary rule that there must be binding between the people.

And for this purpose the concept of marriage evolves. Marriage is the primary institution that gives primary binding effect between two person which converts in to family i.e. the smallest part of the society.

The definition of marriage depends on the person to person and their society.

Broadly speaking there are two types marriage

1. Marriage as contract

2. Marriage as religious sacraments.

Marriage as contract:

Presently people are treating marriage as contract because now we are living in modern and high-tech society.

We are treating all the relationship with profit and loss, if we are gaining something from a particular person we tried our best to make relationship with that person. And if we are not comfortable with that person then we r free to terminate the contract.

In modern era we are treating person as the commodity, but same time we faild to appreciate that by doing so whether we are really building the society.

MARRIAGE AS SACRAMENT:

As long as we were treating marriage as religious sacrament we were happy and enjoying the same with full responsibility.

Is there any provision regarding divorce In ancient/Hindu period, I find no provision for divorce. What was the reason behind that?

In the ancient period the purpose of the marriage was to built the society by making family and for this they were always ready to sacrifice their personal interest. In this process of making the society the men and women were equally took the responsibility or u can say that the women did much sacrifice then man. It was the love, duty and sacrifice that prevent the breakups.

As I understood that at that time people knew the purpose of marriage i.e. to live like human being and to live their lives for others not for the purposes of themselves. They were responsible towards the society and were ready to sacrifice their own interest for the society . For them the marriage was path to create better society and they also treat it as religious work. This can be easily seen in Hindu marriage ceremony; both the bride and the bridegroom take oath for the practice of self-restraint, to work together for the welfare of the family and to help each other to attain spiritual peace.

And what we are doing in the present days we do marriage for own satisfaction we don’t care the society we think that who are the society to interfere in our personal life, we don’t want to sacrifice our life for the society. In this process we tide our self as individual and become emotionless.

We are much concern about our right i.e. personal and for that are ready to make revolution in all the terms. And for this personal right we are ready to pay any cast for it whether in form of separation which generally much affect the society. As it can be easily seen or u can say that it directly affects the primary and starting point of the society i. e. FAMILY.

Means we destroyed the whole family in form of separation between husband and wife, separation between parents and there children, in this way we are ready to break the society from very beginning.

And this is just because that we have started to follow the culture of the west and became materialistic and ready to treat the human being as the commodity which can be used as the machinery to achieve the personal interest.

In present day the instead of following the traditions of our society we are promoting the personal interest and for this reason number of divorce petitions increased.

In my opinion this is very much right that every person have right to live as he/she wants to live and they are free to choose their partner as they wish but this freedom never gives any right to create any disturbance in society.

Its depends on the maturity level of the person who are marring so. Are we attend that maturity level or capable of deciding our life partner?

then if two person marry with each other as per their own choice then there should be strict law for their divorce because the society should be not responsible for their wrong choice.

We should never forget that duty comes before the right and if we are not ready to scarify our personal interest then we have no right to marry.

We should never forget the purpose of marriage.

The foundation of the company

The foundation of the company

This article is with regard to working condition of the lower level of the Sales Team. This is based on what I studied from the victims of the system. As this is my first article and I am not professional writer, this can be easily understandable when you go through the article.

Sales executives are the foundation of the Company as they are the first person who are generating and establishing the Company in the market for which every Company intend to form. But the work of the Sales Executives never comes in the light because they are meant for only to build a building.
An expression of a Sales Executive who is good friend of mine
“if the production unit is the mother of the company then the sales unit is the Father of the Company”
In other word you can say that the Sales team pays important role in establishing the company and it is just because of Sales team the every employees of company gets their salaries and company makes profit.
If this is right then what is the reason that the companies are not paying attentions towards the betterment of their Sales team and to make their foundation stable and static so that the company achieve great height.

Problems before the employees:
They are retained on contractual basis (hire and fire): - this is first step of the private organization towards their ultier motive.( which the policy maker of the company make with intention to cut the cost of the company).

In their terms and condition they generally provide the scheme of resignation as well as termination of contractual employees, but practically they never follow this scheme.

The HR team of the company never sees that what are reasons behind the resignation of the Sales executives.

Generally the sales executives are on the disposal and mercy of their immediate bosses whom you can say THE GOD of the sales executives. And neither the HR department nor the superior authorities never pay attentions to the problems of the sales executives.

The problem is this that the foundation of the sales of the company (sales executives) always feels insecure in the organization as the company pays no attentions to them. and result of which can easily be seen in the performance of the Sales Executives as they feel insecure about their jobs and could not work heartily as they even have not confidence in the organization then how they create reliability of the orgainasition among the customers.

The start of the day of sales executive is with 9 am mandatory meeting in which generally day target were fixed and in that meeting the boss is treating himself as the king / god of the sales executives and generally first word which come from the mouth of the said KING is that “ ………………..TUM LOGO KO YAHAAN KAM KARNA HAI KI NAIN and ……………if you people are not giving business of so to so amount ( which is nearly full month target) till evening meeting you have to tender your resignation and the said meeting continued till the boss tired with his “BLESSINGS” .

In this way the day of the foundation of the sales of the company starts their work with BIG “?” in their mind whether next day they will be able to work with this company or not? In this way you can easily say that foundation of the company quakes and the moral of the Sales Executives go down before they even start their work.

And after the said meeting in which tons of blessings were given. The foundation of the sales comes outside and disused how to save their lifes from the hands of the GOD and in case they not sussceed the target set by the GOD how to join the another temple and they stared their work around 12.30 p.m. with full of insecure mind.

They start to approach their near and dear to complete their target and when they are on the call they received many massages form their GOD which are reminder about their work (because now the GOD is once again full of energy). Now again the sales team became scared about their life in the company and they started contact their friend who are working in another orgaisation on same profile.

The main tragedy is this that the friend to whom they are talking they are also facing the same problem and they finally come to the conclusion that they should exchange themselves in another organization and in this game the placement agency plays important role as they facilitate them to join the orgainisation.( in this way the company once again spend huge amount in process of appointing fresh sales executive without going on the reason behind this)

Now once again come to the story of the sales team “the GOD of the sales executives” started calling to his …………. And remind them about evening meeting .

The evening meeting started with the report of business and the boss stared the meeting with pronouncement that the person who do not have the business they put their resignation and started pressurizing / harassing his team to generate the business even meeting room either of thire own even if it is forged one and then targeted two or three executives to give his blessings and after blessings take their resignation.

When these victims approach to superior management, the superior management bluntly refused to interfere and says that I am not going to interfere and whatever is your grievances talk to your Boss.

In this way the said god open the doors for fresh “BAKARA” of different company on the cost of the company and nobody in the HR personal pay any attention on this as to what is the reason behind the resignation of the foundation of company’s sales.

And for this reason every month three to four employees of the sales team of the company quit their jobs for no specific reason and three to four new candidate of same profile in different company join this company with same set of mind to stay here as for as the mercy of their new “GOD”.

Now the question comes in my mind:-

Whether by this way the company really cutting their cost and generate the business with full responsibility?

How a company can make a building based on this type of insecured foundations which are not even feel secured to their own existence being part of the company?

Whether the company is not capable to develop the mechanism to retain their employees and built the foundation of the company strong and static?

Whether this rule of “hire and fire” is really effective ?

Whether this is not the responsibility of the HR team of the company to see how they retain the foundation of the company?

Whether the higher management ever make a data how many employees are resigning and for what reason?
